How do you charge?

Most clients work with me on a per-project basis.

In some cases I may offer:

  • Strategic consulting retainers
  • Training workshops for teams
  • Monthly retainers
  • Weekly sprints
  • Day rates

Who do you work with?

I work exclusively with B2B SaaS brands. Most of my clients have annual revenue ranging from $2 – 50 million. I occasionally work with companies that are pre-revenue.

Every project is custom, and may include some or all of the following:

How much should I budget?

All project scopes are custom, and so is pricing.

After a few conversations about your goals, I’ll suggest a few different scopes at different prices. Since I only take on a limited number of new clients each year, I try to work with companies that expect to spend $15,000 – $100,000 over 12 months.

I often recommend starting with a smaller scope (under $10,000) to see how we like working together.
